Personal Training

Our bespoke 55 minute Personal Pilates Training sessions are tailored to suit you and your body. We focus on setting your goals, help you achieve your targets and provide accountability to keep you on track during the rest of your week.

We can help you to improve problem areas such as; lower back pain & sciatica, sports related restrictions, post and pre op, rehab, strength, mobility, flexibility, stability, weight-loss and many other postural issues. We assess your habitual movement patterns with our movement screen and look to get you moving more efficiently, using the latest in Balanced Body equipment.

Our sessions are held weekly at our studio in Kenilworth.
