Barre is a fun way of tightening those buns, tums, arms and thighs as well as finding your tummy muscles. You will be taken through a mix of specially choreographed Pilates and Ballet moves to a funky playlist of tunes. In turn waking your body from the tip of your toes to the top of your head. Guaranteed to see you leave walking tall with a beaming smile.

Our 55 minute Pilates, Dance and Barre sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities. These classes will tone all areas of your body and offer you many benefits such as; Flexibility, Mobility, Strength, Stamina and Stability. In turn these low impact sessions can decrease lower back and sciatic pain and are wonderful for getting the body moving.
